A voice line pokes out of the music

Check the masking margin and coverage scope while playing. Move the margin into the suggested range. If the scope still says exposed, pick a fuller bed or raise the music.

Check: play the mix and watch two readouts in the Mix phase. The masking margin status tells you when a line can surface at the current depth. The coverage scope measures whether this bed actually covers the speech band; it holds the weakest stretch, so a bed with quiet gaps is judged by its gaps.

Fix: drag the margin control into the green suggested range (or press “Reset to suggested”). If the scope still says exposed, the bed has a hole where consonants live. A suggested margin cannot fix that; pick a fuller bed or raise the music a notch.
