Terms of Service

The service

Subliminal Studio lets you generate affirmation scripts, synthesize voice audio and mix your own subliminal tracks in your browser. It is provided by Andreas Breuninger, SuccessSubliminals (see the Imprint). You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Credits and payment

Script generation and voice synthesis consume credits. Credits are bought in packs, or granted monthly by the Studio Membership, via Stripe. Credits never expire, have no cash value and are not transferable. Monthly membership credits accumulate up to a stated rollover cap. The membership renews monthly and can be cancelled anytime through the billing portal in the app; it then runs until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown at purchase.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You may withdraw from a credit-pack or membership purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, by a clear statement to Info@SuccessSubliminals.com (you may use the model text below). To meet the deadline it is enough to send your statement before the 14 days expire. We refund within 14 days using the original payment method.

Early expiry of the withdrawal right: when you spend credits, you expressly request that we perform the service (AI generation or synthesis) immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for the portion of the purchase already consumed (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB / Art. 16 Consumer Rights Directive). In plain words: an untouched pack is fully refundable within 14 days; once you start spending from it, the refund shrinks by what you used.

Model withdrawal text: “I hereby withdraw from my purchase of [pack / membership] made on [date] under the account [your email].”

Your content and ownership

You own the scripts you write and the tracks you render. We claim no rights to them beyond what is technically needed to provide the service (for example, sending your script text to the AI provider you picked, or storing your project in your account). Tracks that include music from the built-in library may be used according to the license shown for that track in the app.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create unlawful, hateful or infringing content; do not create recordings that imitate a real person without their consent; and do not attempt to abuse the credit system, the free preview paths or the AI providers. We may suspend accounts that do.

No medical claims

Subliminal Studio is a creative audio tool, not a medical device, therapy or treatment. It makes no promises about health outcomes or specific results. Do not use it as a substitute for professional medical or psychological help.

Availability and early access

During early access the service is provided as-is; features may change and short downtime may occur (your local projects and rendered files are unaffected by server downtime). We announce meaningful changes in the app.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties, limited to the typical foreseeable damage. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Changes and law

We may amend these terms with effect for the future; material changes are announced in the app. German law applies; if you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
