Generate affirmations with AI or paste your own. One per line, phrased in the present tense as the outcome you want, with no negative words. The quality console beside the editor checks every line before it reaches the voices and flags anything that reads as negative framing. The flags are advisory, and a free AI second opinion clears lines that are positive despite a flagged word.
Pasting from a formatted document? The console spots section headers, dividers and leftover notes, which the voices would otherwise speak aloud, and removes them in one click. Numbered or bulleted lists get their own cleanup that strips the markers and keeps the affirmations. Both finish with an Undo.
With a script on the page, the composer offers two moves: Add more lines writes new material that complements what is there, and Start over writes a fresh script in its place. Both finish with an Undo you can click.
The standard composer range is 50 to 250 lines. Longer scripts cost more to voice, and each line repeats less often in the finished track.
